Linda O'Neal, Buddhist and the founder of Good Thoughts NLP, simplifies Buddhism for those curious about the practice. She uses the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, also known as the "father of mindfulness." Often featured in the podcast is her good friend and fellow healer, Nicole Lentfer. Nicole is an acupuncturist and uses holistic medicine to treat her patients.
